At Se7ven Sin, all pieces are crafted with intention, quality, and exclusivity in mind. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we ask that you review our policy carefully before purchasing.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES (SIZE ONLY)
We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The item must have all original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
If your requested size is unavailable, you will be issued store credit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.
NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
We do not accept returns for refunds due to:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Worn or used items
Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Se7ven Sin is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
